where can i buy Bite me confections?
Right now, we are only selling at vendor shows - see the home page for upcoming vendor events. We are currently working towards a store-front to enable all of your marshmallow buying dreams!
can i place an order?
Yes! Send us a message through our website or Facebook and we can discuss specifics. We can ship them to you for priority mail rate of $10 or I can meet you for delivery if you are local within a 30 mile radius for a $5 delivery fee.
Are you available to do marshmallows for events?
Yes, we can make marshmallows for weddings, showers, corporate events, or any special occasion. Please send us a message with what you have in mind and we can discuss the deets.
what is the shelf-life of your marshmallows?
Our marshmallows stay fresh for 2 -3 weeks depending on humidity and the temperature at which they are kept. They are best when stored in a cool, dry place, or in an air-tight container in the fridge. After 3 weeks, they don't spoil per se, the sugar just begins to crystallize, making them a bit gritty.
do your marshmallows contain nuts and/or gluten?
Yes, some of the flavors have nuts in them, while others contain graham cracker or Oreo crusts. While many flavors do not contain actual nuts or gluten, they are made in an open kitchen with nut and gluten products and may contain traces.
can I freeze them?
Yes, you can freeze them in an air-tight container for up to three months.
are your marshmallows vegetarian/vegan?
Unfortunately, no. Our marshmallows contain gelatin and are therefore not vegetarian or vegan.
do your marshmallows contain eggs?
No, our marshmallows do not contain any egg products.
